Description

Rare 1999 original promo copy of Nas -I Am..... 2 x Vinyl LP released in April 1999 & pressed in Holland for the UK & European market. A hip-hop classic & reissued recently for RSD - this copy shows how it was meant to sound!
Both records have been ultrasonically cleaned in the amazing Degritter and have come up sparkling clean & very glossy with some visible scuffs and marks ( see photos). Clean labels & spindle holes - graded VG visually but plays closer to VG+ ( playnotes below)
Playtest reveals the top class sound quality, enormous throbbing power and slam of this album. Dense, saturated & heavyweight - an attack dog coming out of your speakers!
Both records play through as they should with no jumping or sticking. Some low background noise/crackle in a few places, mostly between tracks.
The outer sleeve is solid overall with creasing, corner rubbing/bending & some wear to the mid spine area. No writing, stains, tears or tape.
The original inner lyric sleeves are present. We have popped the records into new poly lined inners to preserve them afrer cleaning - you will receive both.
A rare chance to own this original classic album, fully clean & tested, ready to pop on your turntable & play loud!
***The records will be sent separated out in a clear archival outer sleeve to prevent transit splits***
We have taken loads of photos in good natural daylight so you can see exactly what you are buying. Please take a moment to look at the pictures as they form part of the description. We are pleased to answer any questions you may have.
