I buy storage units that have gone into default. Most of the items I sell here on eBay are things that I have found in those units.

The following details apply to the 1000s of records I will be listing here on ebay:

- I have not tested (listened) to the record(s) so I can't comment on its playability. 

- Any item specifics listed were only gathered by doing a quick internet search for the title and may not be accurate.  Please refer to the label on the actual record in the photos for more accurate information. 

- A few of the boxes the record collection was packed in got wet and while a very small percentage of the overall 1000s of records were ever touched by water you should always assume that the one you’re looking at was one of the few. 

- The record used by a mobile DJ and therefore the record cover and protective sleeve may show extensive damage, be the wrong one (doesn't match the record), or be missing all together. 

- Some of the terms used to describe the item may not be technically correct so please view all the photos and determine for yourself.

- Also, on rare occasions after taking pictures of an album with the wrong sleeve and listing the item I later come accross the proper cover sleeve. In these rare situations I will put the correct sleeve with the matching record without updating the listings. Bottom line, if you buy a record there is a slight chance that you will receive that record with a different sleeve than shown in the listing. Of course, 50% of the time it will be better because you will be getting the correct sleeve but also 50% of the time it will not (although in that case it wouldn't have been the correct sleeve in the first place).

- This item is used and shows heavy wear that comes with age and heavy use (or misuse) including, but not limited to, scuffs, scratches, stains, fingerprints, dusty/dirty, water damage, warping, writing, stickers and/or sticker residue, missing, damaged, or improper protective sleeves and covers, and other similar imperfections  The record may also have scratch marks across the grooves. It looks like the previous owner marked certain parts of some of his records with intentional scratches across some parts of his records (he also used stickers).

- Initially I tried to take pictures of some of the imperfections (like scratches) for each record but that proved too difficult and time consuming and wasn't consistently able to show those imperfections in the photos so while in most of my listings I try to show examples of imperfections in the pictures I'm not able to do that with my record listings.  If you have any questions about the condition of this specific record just ask and I will try and answer it. 

- The record may be a promo copy.

- One of the previous owners had two copies of a lot of his records in one record jacket (for some he had jackets for both). Although this listing is only for one record if you're interested in 2 copies just ask because I may have it.

Additional Details:

- I have 5,000 - 10,000 records that I acquired at a minimum of 4 different places so they are a variety of different genres. If you’re interested in buying a large lot just email me with what you’re looking for and contact information and I will call you to discuss the details. 

- I do my best to describe all items accurately but to be honest with the amount of records I have I'm just trying to get them listed so I won't be providing many specifics on individual items defects or damage. If you have a specific question about the condition of an item just ask prior to buying or making an offer. Please examine all photos carefully as you may see something I missed.

- I included the “Best Offer” option on my record listings but primarily intended it for buyers wanting to purchase more than one item at the same time. Members making lowball offers will be blocked.

I package all my items very well however occasionally items still arrive damaged. If this occurs please document the damaged item and packaging, save all the pieces, parts, and packaging, and contact me ASAP.
