Description
Up for sale is a highly desirable box set of three LPs. They have been play tested and play really well (see Condition Description for details). This box set includes all of the following:
-the outer box
-the four page liner note insert (written by Karl Geiringer)
-three original paper inner sleeves, and
-three vinyl LPs (six sides of music).

Edition: This box set was initially issued in 1957. I have compared the dead wax markings and label features with descriptions found in the database of Discogs. Important features of the box set I am selling include the black labels with rainbow rims and the presence of the "Capitol" logo on the left side of the label (as opposed to the top of the label). The findings suggest to me that the box set I am selling is an early repress. The four page insert of liner notes is copyrighted 1957 and I see no subsequent dates anywhere on the insert, on the box, or on the records themselves.
