4 STAR feedback ratings are not acceptable for me as I want you to be completely satisfied. Please leave "5 STARS" in all categories or, contact and provide me the opportunity to address your concern as I want you to be happy.
NOTE: It costs $1.50 a for each LP box mailer. These properly protect your audiophile investment (so keep that in mind in feedback). International shipments please add $2 for handling to cover paperwork, gas, paying asst to go to the post office (1 hr). PLEASE note international paypal payments must come with payment showing "confirmed" address. If the payment shows "unconfirmed", registered shipping is required to comply with paypal dispute policy ($10,80). Some do not comply and do not charge. I do and unfortunately, some have taken issue and it is the only bad feedback I receive. This is sad as all the information is provided. So please do not bid if you are international with with paypal "unconfirmed" address unless you are willing to accept resposibility. It just doesn't seem right to be blamed with negative feedback for complying with policies dictated by payment company chosen by buyer. Thanks again.

We also ask when you read the rare negative, that you also consider there are 1800+ positive feedback as you will see each negtive is from either non-paying bidder (in retaliation for leaving negative feedback) or from a seller who grossly misrepresented an item and did not wish to communicate or to resolve. We do not like to leave negatives! We do much to prevent and to resolve any issue that arises whether we are buyer or seller. All of us are human the difference is trying to create mutual satisfaction. Fact is, over 99 out of 100 customers & sellers love us. That is pretty darn good. The only ones who do not are those who didnt pay or those who advertised & communicated inaccurately and would not work towards resolution, and thus, retaliated when I left a negative comment.
