Without the cover--comes in plain sleeve. Overall in excellent condition, but on my turntable "So Sad" jumps a groove at the beginning of the second verse. There are no visible scratches, so possibly your stylus will track this one properly. Label for side 2 has a couple of faint marks. This may be your chance for a bargain on a record that usually goes for over $100.

This band, comprised of 8 members, was created to travel around and help with recruiting people into the US Navy; trumpet player Don Ledbetter, trombonist Mac Wright, piano/organist Jim Allen, saxophone player Mike Beegle, bassist Richard Reddick, guitarist Norman Clark, drummer David Carradine, and singer Rose Lewis. They would not only travel to recruit, but would travel for social gigs as well, getting rave reviews in the US and abroad. Together is their third album.
