Description

An original 1st press of THE NAZ on UK Mooncrest. Matrix A1U/B1U - very 1st cut. Stampers 1L/1T. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original E J Day gatefold cover [1st issue]. We also have the original generic white inner. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete.
Vinyl (Ex-/Vg+) In very nice condition and has only see relatively light use. Expect a few light marks per side - nothing heavy or nasty looking. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly NEAREXCELLENT level of playback with a couple of deviations. This is a great pressing for 70's hard rock. By and large a nice rendition - not quite clean enough to hit the top grades though. When on song it's an absolute belter! Side 1 is great with just a bit of light background in Vigilante [it's a very paired down track]. Side 2 plays good too...I detected a bit of light static in the the first half of 'Night Woman' [nothing upfront] and in the quiet middle section of 'Sold My Soul']. Overall a super rendition.. you can kick back and belt it out!
Cover (Ex) Difficult to find in tip top condition - but this example is looking pretty darn tidy. First thing to mention is that the blue hues on the front and rear are extremely well preserved - no sign of ageing or light fade. Front and back are really nice and flat with precious little sign of surface wear. The interior looks great - no issues. Edge wear is very slight for this title and the openings are still sharp. The spine is 100% intact which must be quite a hard find. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg) A bit aged. A couple of side splits have been taped up.
