This is near mint only because "A. Darby"wrote her name on the label which you can barely see. I played all 4 sides today and sounds fantastic. Why pay more for a sealed item you are afraid to open as it drops the value.  Here is one you can play and astound your senses. Recorded live at The Greek Theatre, Los Angeles.
The cover , sleeves, and records really look like they left the factory earlier today. I have kept this stored in a smoke free home for 30 years. I will ship media mail only to USA addresses.  Also please be sure PayPal has your correct address.
