Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted. 

Grading is based on visual inspection.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the grading category to describe the cover condition.

• This is a 1978 repress of the original 1978 release.
• This is what was known as an 'Advance' rather than a test pressing because it is a commercial copy with the commercial label on the record in a generic sleeve and it was circulated only to select record company staff (25-50 copies).
• This advance was necessitated due to either a sequencing error or a label copy error that transposed tracks 4 & 5 on side 1 of the first run of several thousand copies. This is the corrected version.
• Pressed at Capitol Records Pressing, L.A.
  
• This copy has been played (only to make sure the label and sequencing matched). The playing surfaces are clean.
• This is a one-owner that the Seller got from Reprise Records in 1978 (His name is written upper right on the generic cover. I covered it with a piece of paper for this photo.). It has been in storage for 42 years.
