About the album
This auction is for Neil Young's "Greendale" 3 LP & 1-45 RPM (the 45RPM is on green vinyl) Vinyl Box Set album from 2004 on Vapor/ Reprise Records, album# 48699-2. It is a U.S. 1st Edition pressing. It is long out of print and quite rare. All vinyl, album box, album labels and album sleeves are M-/NM and are pristine.Also included is the original 28 page booklet, bumper sticker, Greendale stage bill and Classic Records mailer, all in M-/ NM condition and pristine. I am the original owner of this album, and it is unplayed
About the collection
This record is from my personal collection of high-quality vinyl which I have been collecting for nearly 50 years. Many of the records were acquired during my years as a talent agent in the 1970's. It is being sold because I am retiring and moving to a smaller home.
The collection has been meticulously maintained, stored on custom shelving in a specially designed listening room with optimal temperature and humidity. It has been played only on high-end audio equipment that does not cause damage or wear to the vinyl (Benz cartridges, Scoutmaster VPI turntable).
I adhere strictly to Goldmine grading standards and will gladly address any questions about the album.

Media Mail shipping within the US is $4.00 (economy shipping).
I will combine shipping for $1.50 per additional album.
International shipping is available. Please contact me for quote.
Payment
Paypal or personal check. Payment via Paypal is expected within 48 hours after close of auction. Personal checks need to be received by me no later than 7 days after close of auction. For payment via personal check, album will NOT ship until your check has cleared my bank account.
Returns:
For legitimate reasons only, such as album not meeting quality levels described in listing. Buyer pays return shipping.
