Neil Young & Stray Gators "Tuscaloosa"
This is a US vinyl pressing on Reprise Records from 2019. This is the test pressing of his newest album. It was released June 7th, 2019. It is a double album with music on three sides and the title etched on the fourth side. It comes in the original box that it was shipped in, from Warner Bros. in Los Angeles. This was the prize in a contest at the best record store in Portland, Oregon. There are two inserts. One insert says "Hello ! This is the Neil Young & Stray Gators 'Tuscaloosa' (Live) test pressing for your giveaway. Please launch the giveaway around street date (6/7)." The other insert is from Reprise Records with complete info on the new album. The labels are blank white. The records come in paper sleeves with a small sticker with the album title and sides noted.
The music was recorded live at the University Of Alabama, Tuscaloosa On February 5, 1973. It is previously unreleased. Neil performs the first two songs solo, before being joined by the band. They play songs from his classic albums "After The Goldrush", 'Harvest", "Time Fades Away", and "Tonight's The Night".
The band is : Neil Young & Stray Gators : Tim Drummond, Kenny Buttrey, Jack Nitzsche, and Ben Keith. This album was produced by Neil Young and Elliott Mazer.
The songs are : Here We Are In The Years, After The Goldrush, Out On The Weekend, Harvest, Old Man, Heart Of Gold, Time Fades Away, Lookout Joie, New Mama, Alabama, and Don't Be Denied.

The shipping box is mint minus. It is exactly like it was when shipped. Someone wrote on the top "Neil Young Test Pressing Contest". The vinyl look mint and they play mint. The labels are clean with no spindle marks. The records come in plastic lined plain white inner sleeves.

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home. I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.
Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard. There will be my packaging all around the box used by Warner Bros. Records. Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard. Together they are very strong and unbendable. I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 2 pounds 4 ounces
You have to pay for the postage. I pre-weigh every package, so that you pay the exact amount the post office charges. There are NO handling charges. This record will weigh 36 ounces when ready to ship. US winners can choose between Media mail or Priority mail. I will print postage through Paypal and you will get an automatic email with the tracking number. Overseas winners will get shipping by First Class Mail International.
