Description
Original 1968 1st edition Stereo copy of The New Elvin Jones Trio - Puttin' It Together released on the Blue Note Blue/White Liberty Records label BST 84282.
Degritter cleaned, the vinyl has retained a deep glossy lustre with no real marks worth mentioning. Clean labels & spindle holes - graded EX.
Playtest reveals a typically clear and detailed room filling sound. Wonderful instrument separation. The vinyl plays through with no issues, the usual light crackle on the run in, and very occasional low noise in a few places but nothing unusual for the age of the record.
The rigid cardboard sleeve is in superb condition for the age, really clean, solid & sturdy. Minimal wear to edges & corners plus light discolouration/fade to the spine which is still readable. No writing, stains, splits, tape or tears.
Complete with the original Liberty printed inner sleeve. We have decanted the record into a new poly lined inner sleeve to preserve it after cleaning - you will receive both.
A super copy for any Blue Note collector to own, play and enjoy.
The record will be sent separated out in an archival outer sleeve to prevent transit splits.
We have taken lots of photos in good natural daylight so you can see exactly what you are buying. Please take a moment to look at the photos as they form part of the description. We are pleased to answer any questions you may have.
