Here is a great release on the Columbia Electrical label (823-D). This 78 features the New Orleans Owls on "brotherly Love", and is b/w "Blowin' Off Steam".
Condition - The labels look nice with light wear. The labels grade at E-. The shellac has been played and has accumulated some scuffs and marks, but nothing to deep. By sight, the shellac grades at V+.
Regarding shipping - I ship quickly using new professional grade materials.
Regarding grading - I try to grade by Goldmine standards. I do not use the grade Mint or on unsealed opened records. The highest grade I give to unsealed records is Near Mint. Grading here is strictly by sight.
