Description

 

I specialize in lost, atmospheric, and hypnotic 45s. Grading is done conservatively, visually. Check unaltered sound clips. I currently have a number of cool soul, popcorn, Latin, rockabilly, garage, R&B, country, surf, blues, funk, psychedelic, sunshine pop, mod, lounge, exotica, heavy rock, gospel, swamp pop, Tejano, townie rock, song poem, punk, and oddball instrumental 45 obscurities up for grabs. In addition to a small batch of Greek 45s, I've also listed some really fantastic and scarce garage band 45s from Texas this week.

CONDITION: Strong VG (Glossy copy, lovely player. Few minor scuffs and very fine scratches. Keeper copy.)

Brilliant New Orleans R&B soul double-sider from 1964. Brash female vocals, early '60s dancefloor beat, crisp production from Joe Assunto. Wonderful flipside "That Aint Where It's At" shares its general contours with period girl groups, though again with a distinctly Louisianan sensibility. Great label, and quite an obscure disc.
