Description
Original USA 1976 Sire/ABC re-issue of the 1970 British debut solo album by Christine McVie, originally released in the UK as "Christine Perfect" in 1970.
"Christine Perfect" is the debut solo album of former Chicken Shack keyboardist and singer Christine Perfect (later known as Christine McVie). The album was released just after she had left Chicken Shack, but before she joined Fleetwood Mac. It contains a cover of the Etta James song "I'd Rather Go Blind", which had earlier been a hit single for Chicken Shack. Fleetwood Mac members John McVie & Danny Kirwan also contributed to this album on the track "When You Say".
Released in 1970, the album was originally meant to be titled "I'm on My Way" as evidenced on copies of the single "I'm Too Far Gone (To Turn Around)". It was re-released in 1976 as "The Legendary Christine Perfect Album". This is from that 1976 reissue.
All 11 pictures are of the actual item. There's a notch cut into the bottom left corner (see 1st, 3rd & 6th photos) & a hype sticker with price tag overlapping on the outside of the front cover shrinkwrap (see 1st 2 photos). Even though this is UNOPENED & still sealed in the original shrinkwrap there are minor signs of shelf-wear as seen in all of the 11 photos.
