This is a 1992 pressing of the NYHC compilation. I am the original owner, and purchased this record in 1992 or 1993 in NYC. 
Sleeve, vinyl and insert all in excellent condition. See images for reference. 
According to my research. this is the second pressing of this record. identified by blue & Green labels and a New Haven address on sleeve. 
Like the rest of my records this one has been carefully stored and left un-played for twenty years - kept upright on a shelf, in a polybag.
