RARE 1st UK pressing LP by Nic Jones titled "Nic Jones". Again another RARE English folk LP, that is quite sought after. Nic Jones was more of a English Folk traditionalist and his music reflected this. This is a real forgotten GEM of a LP and is a must for any folk collector. The record is housed in its original single sleeve which is printed by "MacNeill Press Ltd". Also has early A1/B1 matrix numbers.
Record looks and sounds FANTASTIC with clean, bright sound. Could not see any surfaces marks, NO clicks and of course there are NO jumps and NO sticking. The sleeve does show some minor edge wear, but NO creases. NO rips or tears and NO splits. There is a small amount of ring wear to front and rear and a small sticker peel mark, but otherwise is good shape for its age. NO pen marks or graffiti on the sleeve or on the label.
All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them, so you know they have been well looked after. Will be listing many more over the coming months, so please feel free to drop by and see what I have listed.
(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
