Description

The fine tenor Lewis James traveled to Montreal in 1929 and recorded

a group of 3 records, all entitled "Songs For Little People."

Victor issued these in the US with a nice label (see photo) and they

were electrically recorded despite the bat wing label.

This particular one is Victor 22135 "Songs For Little People, Part 5

and Part 6."

Lewis James' voice is delightful as always, as he sings a number of

nursery rhymes, accompanied by an Orchestra.

Exact recording date was November 29, 1929. Record is in

excellent-minus (E-) condition
