3 tracks from early Nick Cave !!
Limited edition first issue white vinyl!!!!!!
This was the first Ever white coloured vinyl to be produced in Australia.
Prior to that everything was black!
The cover is a little ratty!
But not torn or ripped/ just worn. The inner gatefold is still nice!
And strangely enough with surprise the actual record I would give an almost a 9/10 if it weren’t for a couple of spindle marks that are almost impossible to see!!
No lifts or buckles/ dust free/ mould free!
Just the uniqueness of the label !
Mushroom Records were too scared to have their label associated with a risky investment !
So Gudinski decided to fund the venture but under a different label name more suited to the punk movement!!

The year was 1978. He was Barrie Earl. The label was Suicide. The bands were Teenage Radio Stars, JAB, X-Ray-Z, The Survivors, Wasted Daze, Negatives and the Boys Next Door. The one album released was the compilation Lethal Weapons.
Aussie legends in their early days such as James Freud, Nick Cave, Mick Harvey, Sean Kelly and more! Ultra rare The Boys Next Door (Nick Cave, Mick Harvey) tracks “These Boots Are Made For Walking”, “Masturbation Generation” and “Boy Hero”.
All tracks recorded in the (Casualty Ward) Media Sound Studio, Melbourne, Australia.
Except tracks A7 and A8, recorded at Bruce Window Studios, Brisbane
VERY FIRST PRESSING, ON SUICIDE * 1978 * ULTRA RARE WHITE VINYL, GATEFOLD COVER. There was a 1983 reissue, though the reissue was on black vinyl through White Label Records.
