Hardly played, the vinyl still holds in the sleeve from static just like a new record. No scratches, just some small pressing marks if you look under strong light. The cover has a very slight crease in top left but is like new. The inner sleeve is plain white.I use the ebay guide to grade all my items,this item is Grade Excellent (+) for both Vinyl & Cover
