Description

Very rare and long-OOP, 1985 Mute Records, original UK pressing. The 2nd Bad Seeds record, probably their darkest and most atmospheric, maybe the farthest Nick Cave ever ventured into his swampy "gothic blues"(or whatever you want to call it) sound and obsessions. Features the immortal Tupelo (a personal favorite), plus The Little Girl Tree, Train Long Suffering, Black Crow King, Knockin on Joe, Wanted Man (incredible Johnny Cash cover), and Blind Lemon Jefferson. Sounds incredible on vinyl, this thing is LOUD.

In my personal collection for 18+ years, but rarely ever played, and in remarkably good condition for its age. Vinyl is a strong VG+/NM-, plays excellent. Side 1 is NM and plays excellent, almost like new; Side 2 is also fantastic other than one small scratch that causes some noticeable pops at the beginning of the last song, otherwise very clean. Cover is VG+, very little shelf ware or ring ware, quite nice. Comes with original printed inner sleeve with lyrics and credits, etc.
Packed and shipped with care. Shipping to Canada is $12.50, most of the rest of the world is $16.50. Of course, you can combine multiple records for a significant shipping discount. Thanks.
