(Near) immaculate vinyl, VGC++ cover / odd nibble/scuff on corner. Record may need light clean.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO BE SPECIFIC ABOUT THE ISSUE OF THIS RECORD BUT I CAN PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFO. There is no writing on the blue/pale blue rim and there is a symbol/sign of a witch on a broomstick both sides of label. The witch also features in white on the back of the cover.
The matrices may give a clue: A Side : I-6 ILPS 9134A 1-U - B Side: I-5 ILPS 9134B 1-U

It seems that the orange/blue label was mainly used in the second half of the 1970s although I cannot be categoric.
