Description
NICK DRAKE - BRYTER LAYTER (UK ISLAND, ILPS 9134, 1970)
Here we have a nice copy of this classic, always in-demand and getting rarer by the day. This is the real thing but the sleeve is not in the best shape, hence the cheap starting price, but the vinyl is in great condition.
Matrix numbers both end in -1U
Vinyl is in EX condition : has a few light marks but plays very well with some light surface noise
Textured sleeve is in VG- condition : this sleeve is very prone to wear and this is no stranger to it - there is some light ringwear but the main offender is the spine (see 3rd pic), it is worn to buggery and the middle has a split measuring approx. 2cm. There are also 2 small tears measuring just under 1cm along the edge of the spine on both sides (see 2nd pic). Both top and bottom edges are also worn, but not as bad as the spine.
