It doesn't say where it was originally pressed, although at the botton centre of the back cover, -in small print- it can be read:
"island records, basing street, london w11"
I"m pretty sure this is an early UK pressing -if not a parallel run of the 1st pressing, but with a different label-
As one ebayer suggested, this LP probably was pressed in Australia or New Zealand.
