Nick Drake - Five Leaves Left LP
RARE EARLY/MID 70's PRESS. ILPS 9105 in FANTASTIC CONDITION!
Most of the 'FLL' orange labels I have seen before have come with the cheaper non gatefold sleeve. Even these pressings are getting increasing harder to find. Especially in this condition.
The vinyl is in EX++/NM condition. Great shine on both sides. There is one small mark on Side B that looks like a pressing fault. It doesn't affect play in anyway and is not visible from all angles. It is not a scratch - just an abnormality in the vinyl. Please see the photos above. The vinyl still has that mirror-like shine. Amazing condition.
Both labels are NM with only a couple of spindle marks.
Matrix nos:
Side A: 1LPS 9105 B-3U (I think this is a misprint that should read 'ILPS' (like on Side B) not '1LPS'
Side B: ILPS 9105 B-3U
It is worth noting that Side A also has 'I-6' hand-etched into the run-out and Side B has 'I-4'. Not sure what these refer to. Haven't seen it before.
Comes housed in original GATEFOLD SLEEVE printed by ROBOR LTD which in VG+++ condition. Very crisp edges, no splits. Some mild wear front and back (see photos) nothing major. No writing. Over all very very nice condition. The inside of the gatefold is very NEAR MINT.
Only selling as I now have the pink label original. Whoop.
