Description
Nick Drake
PINK MOON
First 1972 UK original pressing of this LP. Reportedly it sold less than a 1000 copies in the UK and it is one of the most collectible vinyl albums of the era. It comes with the original gatefold sleeve (printed and made by Tinsley Robor Group Ltd). Original light blue standard Island inner sleeve. Dead wax codes are machine stamped (unlike reissues) and end with 1 U on both sides. Pink rim Island labels. Sticker on rear of cover with code indicating copies exported to Italy (see picture).
Label: Island
Catalogue number: ILPS 9184
Conditions:
Sleeve: G (Several problems with this one: large patch of peeling on front of cover; scotch tape all around the sleeve; light ring wear; edge wear and corner wear. There is also some good news: no splits or tears, no holes, no writing, readable spine - what you see in the pictures is what you get).
Inner sleeve: VG+ (some signs of aging; no splits. no tears)
Labels: EX
VINYL: VG+ (Looks and plays VG+ with light background noise and a couple of pops on side 1)
