Description
Up for bid is a rare Transition Pressing of this release ( 1.5th Press)
The Matrix says A1-U and B1-U, just as the other first presses, which makes this still a first pressing. The difference
is that this transitional version has the second pressing label ( palm tree) on the vinyl, instead of the normal first
presses which have the "pink rim" label. It's made right after the record label changed the label from the Pink rim to
the palm tree. the last wax presses were already made and the company decided to press the second press label on those last
waxes. Only a few hundred of these were ever made like this. This one would be more rare than the official first pressing
since there are less copies around then the normal UK first pressing.
Uk Pressing Island ILPS 9184 Nick Drakes 3rd album.
The cover has no cut out marks an no writing. The corners are mildly bumped. Top right corner of cover has some
crease marks. Lyrics are printed on the inside of the gatefold.
The vinyl is stunning. High gloss with no visible marks of any kind.
We ship records in record mailers with bubble wrap and stiff cardboard inserts.
