Description
Nico: Chelsea Girl LP, Vinyl, MGM, 1971
Chelsea Girl is the debut solo album and second studio album by German singer Nico. It was released in October 1967 by Verve Records and was recorded following Nico's collaboration with the Velvet Underground.
Chelsea Girl is her aura commodified by men who were intoxicated by the idea of Nico, which makes this LP such a double edged sword. Musically, Chelsea Girl can be described as a cross between chamber folk and 1960s pop.
This is the 1971 re-lease.
Matrix numbers on label & runouts: 235302 5 A 3420 2353025 B 2420
This is from a large record collection, not a DJ collection, this record has never been DJed. It is in good condition with a few pops and some crackles.
