Nina Simone High Priestess Of Soul Lp 1st Press SUPER AUDIO [Ex/Vg+]

Description

An original 1st press on Phillips. Matrix 1/1. Comes housed in an original cover with inner too. Note original release artwork. Later reissues they changed the design.
Vinyl (Ex/Ex-) In great condition and has only seen light careful use. Under close inspection I can only make out a few very light marks - nothing troublesome though. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one slight deviation per side.  Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. All I could detect was a few crackles and a couple of slight ticks in one isolated spot per side [tracks 1&1]. Highly recommended.
Cover (Vg+) In great shape and has not been abused like many copies. Nice and clean front and rear. Many of these mid sixties copies are terribly aged on the rear. Thus one looks smart...just a bit of blemishing ageing on opening edge. The text on the spine is all legible with a tiny slight nick. Overall the cover still retains very good rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Slightest of ageing. One edge has split and been taped up,
