I take great pride in every item I sell. All items are nice and clean and come from a NON smoking home, unless otherwise stated (I do sell some vintage items and can not always verify their entire background). All items are carefully packaged and quickly shipped.

Most shipments are sent via the United States Postal Service, First Class or Priority. Larger items are sometimes sent via Parcel Post Mail, and books and other media items can be sent Media Mail. If you need your item for a specific date, please contact seller prior to payment to find out if the slower shipping method will get your item to you on time.
I work very hard to ship items within 1 week day of payment. All items are sent with delivery confirmation to verify receipt by buyer.

Returns are accepted ONLY for items not as described in the listing, or items that arrive damaged in shipping. Please notify me immediately if there is a problem with your item upon receipt. Higher priced items and most glass items are automatically insured by seller. In most cases, item will have to be returned to seller before any refund will be issued.
