Ok guys. I'm a NIN freak, and I was pretty big into collecting all of their stuff a while back. I always take really good care of my things, but I kind of muffed this one up. I feel like such a terrible fan. I moved a few years back and I didn't pack this up as well as I should have. That pretty much explains the state of the cover. There is a white ring all around which should be visible in the pictures. There's also a crease in the lower right corner. The rings are visible on the inside covers as well, but not nearly as bad as the front. So yeah...my Fragile vinyl does indeed look very fragile. Send me a message if you'd like to see some better pictures.
Now that we've taken care of that, I can tell you that the three records themselves are in very good condition and have no visible scratches. They should play fine. Unfortunately, I no longer own a record player and can't verify for myself, so I will take returns on this item if, and only if the records do not play. Of course, I won't know either way so we'd be relying on the honesty policy there.
The artwork that came with the set is also in very good condition. Trent Reznor always made such gorgeous artwork for his albums, and they're about 10 times more gorgeous when you have them on vinyl. Just such a shame about the cover. But, hey, it can be yours for a steal at $14.99! Cheers and happy bidding.
