US import repress of the original soundtrack to the award-winning film ‘Romeo & Juliet’ (1968, dir. Franco Zeffirelli), composed and conducted by Nino Rota. Recorded in Italy.
The movie starred Olivia Hussey and Leonard Whiting in the title roles.

Condition (refer also to notes at bottom):
VINYL: G+. Looks clean on visual inspection. Just a few marks and some misting but nothing major – and no deep scratches. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is good throughout; very good in places. Crackling and surface noise at run-ins. Some surface noise during quieter cues/fadeouts. Plays with no sticking, skipping or jumping. Overall, a good listen to this classic soundtrack.
OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: VG+. Colours are clear and unfaded. Matt card sleeve within original shrink-wrap. Light crinkling to shrink-wrap and torn from top right but all still attached. Short split to top right edge, some mild scuffs to top edge and back cover has staining/discolouration where shrink has detached/crinkled here. Aperture lightly worn but corners, edges spine in great shape. A decent example.
INNER SLEEVE: VG+. Original cream white sleeve with square corners. A few creases and buckling in corners. Centre split on spine but clean and intact.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.

POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
