Nirvana - Platinum Disc Award for the Bleach LP
This is a genuine Platinum Disc award presented to Tower Records to commemorate the sale of one million copies of the Bleach LP. I acquired this a long time ago from someone who bought a big collection from the manager of Tower Records (New York). I am the third owner of this.
Overall it is in very good condition with one or two defects. Part of the frame has chipped away (see photo). This is on the bottom edge on the frame and is not visible when it is hung on display. There is also a tear along the back surface paper next to the hanging hook - please refer to the photo. The perspex surface of the frame is in good condition overall with some general wear consistent with the age of the item.
The plaque and disc are of course in untouched and excellent condition - it looks great on display!
I will ship this internationally. It will cost a bit more than usual due to its size and insurance requirements. The shipping cost below is an estimate - quote to be obtained for the winner.
