Description
A very rare (limited to 1000), very out of print split single, between Nirvana and the Melvins. This is a tribute to the equally great Velvet Underground, released in 1991, on Communion (Comm 23). Released in a very limited quantity, on up to 20 colors, this is not an easy record to find. The artwork resembles the VU lp that each of the cover songs appeared on and the inner sleeve and label are an homage to Verve Records (killer packaging).
Side A features Nirvana doing 'Here She Comes Now' which would be re-released on the compilation 'Heaven & Hell - A Tribute to the Velvet Underground' b/w the Melvins doing a crazy version of 'Venus in Furs'. This is a great record that sounds and looks amazing.
Record VG+ (almost a VG++, plays really clean, looks great)
Sleeve VG (almost a VG+, minor creases, minor ring wear)
