Cover: Excellent with scuffing on corners and a few1/2" creases from the vertical seam

Record:  VG+ condition, I would give it an excellent except there is a ring about two grooves wide in the middle of side two, doesn't effect play just looks funny. 

Sleeve: Excellent with split lower seam
