Description
This a copy of Nirvana's Nevermind LP issued by Columbia Records through their record club.It is still sealed which adds to its rarity.During the 80s and into the early 90s,record clubs like Columbia or BMG would offer new members the latest vinyl(and later cd) releases for anywhere from a penny to a dollar for 8 to 11 selections,if they agreed to purchase a certain amount of releases from that club in the next couple of years at "regular" club prices.By the early nineties vinyl was being phased out in favor of the compact disc.Nevermind would be the only record club offering by the band,making this release pretty rare.Not many collectors opted for this format,choosing instead the new digital version.
All of my records will be packaged and mailed priority with tracking to protect myself and the buyer.Insurance is highly suggested at checkout,because some of these items will be expensive to replace,if lost or damaged.Please ask any questions BEFORE auction's end,and I will be happy to answer what I can.I am not an expert on vinyl pressings or records in general.If I list a "grade",it is only my personal opinion.I try to be on the conservative side,because some collectors can be very picky about condition.
