Nirvana - Nevermind vinyl LP, first pressing on Geffen Records (1991).

The classic Nevermind from Nirvana, with the original upside down inner sleeve.
The vinyl is in nice condition, very clean, with just a couple of small very light marks. Most people would grade it as EX or EX+ and it has hardly been played at all. I've owned it for years and played it maybe twice (I have lots of versions of this LP!).
The sleeve is also in very nice shape, clean, no splits or tears, neat at the opening. A couple of light creases on the spine and one on the lower right side on the front.
Original inner sleeve in all there, no tears or splits but it it a bit creased and has some foxing or dirty looking marks in places. They may come off but I've never tried. This is the original pressing with with Spring is here again... text printed upside down.
Study the photos for a good idea of condition.
Not a mint / pristine copy but in great shape for a first pressing of this 25 year old LP.
