Description
Nirvana The Story Of Simon Simopath original pink island copy from 1967. The sleeve is a little tatty but not badly damaged in any way, no rips or writing. The front cover has a couple of creases and is worn on the corners and edges, the back has sellotape on the top. The inside is in a similar condition with sellotape marks. This cover was clearly not manufactured using heavy card. The record is housed inside the gatefold, with the opening in the centre. The vinyl is in much better condition. A bit of dirt audible in the quiet passages, but no scratches or distortion. This is a mono copy and the sound cuts through nicely. The labels are nice and clean. I have kept it in a plastic cover since I bought it some 20 odd years ago, and the record is in a poly-lined sleeve. I think I grade the condition of my records quite harshly. Obviously I do not want any complaints from any buyers, so I am trying to be honest in my descriptions. I got fed up of buying "excellent condition" LPs on ebay to find that they sound like someone is frying eggs on them.
