No Means No's first vinyl, Look Here Come the Wormies. A "split" 7 inch single with Mass Appeal / SS Social Service. This copy has never been played, not once. It's mint, but there is yellowing from age on the great folding cover (Check out the photos).
In 1980, No Means No was a duo of Rob and John Wright. Mass Appeal was Ray Carter on bass and vocals with the Wright brothers, Rob on guitar and of course John on drums. ~~~ If you're reading this I probably don't have to tell you how exceedingly rare this piece of history is. 500 copies were made in 1980 [ I don't know how many survived ].
I have two copies and will put the other one on eBay if this one sells. ... I'm putting a reserve bid at $300. USD If this copy doesn't sell I will treasure it for another 10 years. Sorry, I can’t even afford this record! ] The Museum of Canadian Music estimates the value as $600.
Added bonus: a copy print of a brutally primitive 11 X 8.5 Poster that was put up around Victoria in 1980, specifically to Hype "SS Social Service" (See photos).
