INSURANCE is optional, but any uninsured package is the BUYER's responsibility (i.e At Your Own Risk). I can not refund lost or damaged packages (which fortunately is very rare). Once an UNINSURED package is out of my hands, it is the BUYER's responsibility!
Insurance rates are as follows: 0-$50.00 =$1.30; $50.01-$100.00=$2.20; $100.01-$200.00 =$3.20; $200.01 and Higher =$4.20
