~ Cancon Vinyl Auctions ~ You are bidding on this Rare Canadian Promo Garage 45 by The Nocturnals entitled "Detroit" b/w "Do What You Want" on Embassy Records C - 1967, original US pressing from 1967.
Rare and obscure Promo Canadian Garage 45 release supposedly issued only in the US market by this Vancouver based group - yet also released as a very extremely rare small limited pressing 45 run on the Trans-World Label number 1669 out of Montreal.
Just like the title B-Side track indicates - this 45 is exactly what it says it to be - offering everything this fantastic versatile band could possibly deliver - wild and insanely trashed fussy screaming punk edged garage vocals throughout with thrashing electrifying electric guitar chord riffs effects all over the map.
The A-Side offers more fuzzy electric guitar riffs with punchy and psyched out primitive punky vocals.
Very underrated group who only recorded one other garage punk 45 entitled "Lovin' Blues - also on the Trans-World Label.
An outstanding copy that is extremely difficult to locate even in this condition.
