Comments: This Chicago double-sider produced by the great Curtis Mayfield, was their 4th release on this label. A-side is an up-tempo Northern mover with an elegant swaying beat and lead vocal by one of the girls, supported by coo-wooing back-up. The horns add character with fine riffs. The ballad B-side showcases the lead singers amazing voice and appears to have drawn at least as much attention by the DJ’s as the A-side at the time. The song was also recorded by The Impressions.
?If you are unfamiliar with either side, you can find clips of both on YOU TUBE.?
