JACKEY BEAVERS - THE FREDRIC Acetate
Northern Soul and Psychedelic acetate from Grand Rapids Michigan.
This is a 10 inch acetate that plays at 33 1/3. It features complete versions of two songs by Jackey Beavers, "Bring Me All Your Heartaches" and "I Hate To See A Man Cry" and a song by a Grand Rapids psychedelic rock group called The Fredric entitled "Federal Reserve Bank Blues". It has several false starts of each of the songs, two complete versions of each Jackey Beavers song and one complete run through of the Fredric cut. They could be test mixes or alternates, I'm not entirely sure. Being sold as is. The picture shows only one side of the acetate but there are songs on BOTH sides of the disc.
Condition is VG. Plays through with typical acetate surface noise but does not overpower the music. The surface is crack free. There are a couple of small nicks around the rim but no cracking internally.
