Description
Over the next few days I have a few very rare Northern Soul singles to list although most of them play perfectly they are not in the best of condition. I will give as full a description of the condition as possible and they have been priced accordingly at a fraction of the book price. None of them have been available on Ebay for a long time.
On offer is The Superiors US Import Northern Soul 7" Single "What Would I Do" from 1965.
This is the all-time classic uptempo dancer with the instantly recognisable intro that forms the riff throughout the song. Check out the virtually as good but completely different B-Side being a midtempo shuffler that was surely good enough to be an A-Side in its own right.
There have been many different versios of this single available over the years both legal releases and bootlegs. This is the rarest of them all being the original yellow label demo copy.

A-Side label has a star printed on it but, also, has three stars marked on it (see scan).
LABEL/CAT.NO: US Verve VK-10370 (Yellow Label Demo)
Both side are virtually covered with mainly light surface marks though there are a few scratches especially on the A-Side but it does play better than it looks. After a some clicks at the beginning there is only a little background noise until the run-off. VISUALLY GRADED: G but plays VG after the start. The B-Side plays with more audible noise . GRADED: G
Comes in a white card sleeve.
This record has been play graded and plays perfectly without any jumps or sticks.
