Based on the Goldmine Record Grading System, I would grade this NM-
"Near Mint Minus (NM-): A record that should play mint . . . will have as much luster as an NM"
The ONLY reason I am not grading this MINT is because the lable isn't glued on flat--but other than that, this is a mint DJ promo copy.
This 45 looks like it has never been played.
