This 45 is from Phil Colbert  on Philips  records DJ copy 40313 white promo label ,
Who's Got The Action  /  The Long, Long Tunnel
Has some light surface scratches
Comes in heavy duty green sleeve.--
I would grade this record  better than vg+ but one notch lower than  vg++
VG++ : AN EXCEPTIONAL LOOKING PIECE THAT MAY HAVE JUST SOME FAINT TO UNFEELABLE MARKS OR SCUFFS GENERALLY NEW IN GLOSS. MAY POSSES WOL, SOL ETC...
VG+ : A NICE RECORD WITH DECENT AMOUNT OF GLOSS GOOD PLAY QUALITY LIGHT SCUFFS OR FEELABLE SCRATCHES COULD BE PRESENT IN MINOR TO MODERATE AMOUNTS SOME NOISE POSSIBLE.
