Description

This is the much sought after and rare Issue copy of the famed Wigan Casino classic "Time will pass you by" recorded by Tobi Legend. The label is in fine condition. The vinyl is showing signs of wear and has some background noise when played although it would be fine for DJ purposes. This item rarely surfaces in todays market place and is a must for collectors of truly classic Northern Soul.
