Classic late 60's Northern Soul dancer played since the early 70's Wigan Casino/Blackpool Mecca era

This is the Light Blue Queen City #100 vinyl reissue made in the mid 70's to satisfy demand at the time.

I'm not 100% sure but i think this may well have been a LEGAL reissue from the label itself?

I think this is VERY hard to find, even for a reissue!
