Description

On offer is the Liz Lands Northern Soul/Motown US Import 7" Single "Midnight Johnny" from 1964.

This is a superb rare early Motown midtempo dancer with a quite an unusual vocal. Musically is reminiscent of The Drifters On Broadway. Co-written and produced by Berry Gordy Jnr along with his sister Gwen.

This is the original US Import release on the Gordy label.

Current Manship price is £125.

There is some wear to both labels and initials written on the A-Side label only (see scan)

LABEL/CAT.NO: US Gordy G-7030

Is totally covered in light surface marks but the A- Side plays far better than it looks. VISUALLY GRADED: G but plays VG+. B-Side GRADED: G

Comes in a white paper sleeve.
