Now Thats What I Call Music double vinyl LP's 1 to 16 + 19 All have been used, but not for many years and when you look at the photos you'll see tipex on the cover of number 19 and there are some other marks on the covers of the others from being pulled out and put in the cupboard as well as what looks like pressure grooves on the covers.  All have their inner white sleeves and looking at the records there is some marks from the record needle while being used in the past. Sorry i'm unable to try these out to see if there are any problems as I don't have access to a record player.
