Game Over (1986) is the explosive debut from New York City’s Nuclear Assault, an album that arguably defines the "East Coast Thrash" sound. Formed by bassist Dan Lilker immediately after his departure from Anthrax, the band traded the polished production of the Bay Area for a raw, crossover-heavy approach that leaned heavily into Lilker's hardcore punk roots.
